Costs for assessment and therapy services are as follows:

IQ assessment = $300,
which includes an initial meeting (15-30 minutes), the IQ
assessment (which can take up to two hours), and an
individualized written report.

LD assessment = $600,
which includes an initial meeting (15-30 minutes), the IQ
assessment (which can take up to two hours),
cognitive/achievement testing (up to two hours) and an
individualized written report.

ADD/ADHD assessment = $750, which
includes an initial meeting (15-30 minutes), the IQ assessment
(which can take up to two hours), cognitive/achievement testing
(up to two hours), the CPT II administration, and an individualized written report.

Individual therapy = $100 per hour
(one appointment hour of 50 minutes duration).
Forms of payment accepted: cash or
personal check. All fees are paid at
the time of service.
Dr. King has set prices well below area
averages, as she believes that all people in the community
should have access to quality, lower-cost mental health
services.
